since 2018
When Chanel and Kelz, two expats who couldn’t imagine life without netball, realized the sport they loved was barely played or recognized in Germany, they decided to change that. They took matters into their own hands, setting up Berlin’s first inclusive and friendly-playing netball club. In 2018, NETBALL BERLIN was born—and we haven’t looked back since!
Fast forward to today, and we’ve come a long way. We’ve created a buzzing, diverse community, hosted (and won!) international competitions, and even coached the next generation of netballers right here in Berlin.

NETBALL BERLIN is a safe, inclusive and welcoming team environment and is open to everyone from different walks of life and levels of fitness. We are proud to be a mixed team, with players from all over the world, including Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, South Africa, India and Hong Kong to name just a few.
We have over 50 regular members and are run by avid netball players who do not want to miss out on playing the sport they love. To ensure the club can continue growing, we organise numerous fundraising events throughout the year to help build our profile, reach new players and potential sponsors.

We hold training sessions every Thursday and Sunday evening at two different indoor sports halls in Berlin.
With the support of Pfeffersport EV, we strike the perfect balance between social netball matches and focused training sessions designed to develop our members skills. We also compete in international tournaments with like-minded clubs across Europe and proudly host our own annual tournament.
